So we’re on Edisto Island, SC, for vacation. Some fun tidbits for consumption:
- Bryan is building a rigging for a kite-mounted aerial camera.
- The house we are at was advertised with “high speed internet,” but there’s only dialup. So we have one computer (Stephen’s) capturing the signal, sending it to a Netgear router, and Dad, Bryan, and I are on through the NetGear.
- We’re going to build a huge fort with shovels on the beach.
- We’re going to try crabbing. There are traps at the house
- I brought my XBox 360 and 3 games.
- Dad and I are going to go shooting with our cameras (I just got a new Canon 30D).
- We already went wardriving once.
Yes we’re nerds on vacation. What would we do without our intarwebs? No tubes = Unhappy nerds.
